IMPORTANT: Set up time is from 9:00AM to 10:00AM

All vendors must be checked in and unloaded by 9:30AM.

C H E C K - I N

Exhibitors can park anywhere in the front lot or north parking garage. Please make your way to the Centennial Ballroom on the second floor (meeting rooms.) The escalator and elevator are located next to the Brass Fork restaurant and the Oyster Bar. All Exhibitors will be shown to their table location by Tim, Lynn, or Juliana. Tables have been assigned to best accommodate the exhibitor, their special requests and the overall atmosphere of the show. Please realize that Vegas Events and More has the final decision on table assignment and cannot guarantee all requests have been met. The floor plan is designed with the best intentions of each exhibitor and the success of the show. Please do not request a change to your table space.

S E T - U P

Electricity is limited to those that requested it per their application. However, you must supply your own extension cord and a power strip. There are electrical outlets along the walls of the showroom. You may need to link up together with others to reach your space. Please be courteous to other exhibitors and work together so everyone has access as they need. Exhibitors are not allowed to place electrical cords across walkways. Any cords that may be a tripping hazard must be secured down with tape.

***Please Note***

Lighting is better in some places than others: If your space requires special lighting to highlight your space, please bring your own lighting.

Your table is equipped with linen and 2 chairs. All items must fit on the table. All storage containers, carts, extra product etc. must be kept out of sight under your table. Vendors may place a sign behind or next to their table when space allows. Due to fire code restrictions, items cannot bleed into walkways. All aisle-ways are to be kept clear at all times during the show.

S H O W T I M E

Exhibitors are required to stay for the entire show and NOT tear down early! When an exhibitor starts to tear down, community members may get the impression the show is over and this may have an adverse effect on your fellow exhibitors and attendees.

Any exhibitor tearing down and leaving early will be excluded from future shows and forfeit all money previously paid.

LOAD-OUT

Exhibitors may begin the pack-up/load-out process at 1PM, when the event ends. The load-out will work essentially as the reverse of the load-in. All exhibitors must exit the room within 1 hour after the show ends.

RAFFLES

Exhibitors are encourage to provide a $25 or $50 gift card to be used as a raffle item. Attendees winning the raffle item will be given the opportunity to take a picture with the exhibitor at their booth. The photo will be posted on our social media and shared with the exhibitor.

EXHIBITOR BINGO

Attendees will receive a exhibitor bingo card to encourage them to stop by all of the exhibitor booths. As the exhibitor speaks to the attendee, they will mark the bingo card showing the attendee visited them. When the attendee leaves the show, we will collect the bingo card as an entry into our $500 Amazon Gift Card Raffle. Attendees' contact information will be shared with the exhibitors at a later date, after the show.
