Vegas Events and More is not a business consultant.
Businesses typically need a Nevada State business license and a business license in any city or township they conduct business in.
When selling items, vendors are required to collect sales tax.
Vegas Events and More will provide more detailed information including the tax rate at the day of the event.
Vendors selling and/or giving out samples of food will need to have the proper permit from the Southern Nevada Health Department
and provide their PR# to Vegas Events and More prior to the event.
Vendors are expected to be the experts of their business and have all proper licensing, permits etc. to conduct business at our shows.
